- Wheel Types
- UX1 ：For general types of glass ranging from thin to thick. It can withstand high pressure conditions.
ZX ：For thin glass, like LCD glass, as well as thicker glass. The ZX wheel has approximately double the lifespan of the UX1.
UZ ：Specialized for thin glass. Featuring a super long life, the UZ is the world’s front runner in durability. The UZ wheel has approximately triple the lifespan of the UX1.
※ZX and UZ cutters are available only in size OD 2.0 and 2.5 and only in grind types F and D.
- Applications
- LCD, PDP, quartz glass, half-tempered glass, hard glass, sapphire glass, silicon wafers, stained glass, lens, mirrors, eyeglasses, glass tubes, automotive glass, general architectural glass, etc.
- Cutting Angle
- Available in the standard angles, ranging from 80-165 degrees, as well as custom angles by request.
- Grind Types
- TYPE C ： For all glass types. This cutter reduces the occurrence of slippage during the cutting process.
TYPE F ： For LCD and other thin types of glass. This cutter is recommended for precision cutting.
TYPE D ： For only LCD and other thin types of glass. This cutter creates a fine line for very clean breaks.

Wheel Axle
- Features
- ・This is the carbide axle that supports the rotation of our carbide cutting wheels.
- ・The mirror-polished surface of this axle allows the wheel to cut smoothly without the need for oil.
- ・Please replace the axle when surface irregularities or other damage from the constant friction becomes noticeable.
- ・We recommend replacing our carbide cutting wheels and axles at the same time for optimal performance.
- ※We produce cutting wheels of varying size for the makers of industrial glass-cutting machinery.

Polycrystalline Diamond (PCD)
Cutting Wheel
- Features
- ・The average lifespan of our PCD cutter is 10~20 times longer than that of our carbide cutters, saving you time and money on replacements.
・Depending upon the amount of wear, PCD cutters can also be resharpened for an additional fee.
・The fine particle surfaces of our PCD wheels provide excellent traction while cutting continuously without the need for oil.
- Applications
- LCD, PDP, quartz glass, half-tempered glass, hard glass, sapphire glass, silicon wafers, ceramic, stained glass, lens, mirrors, eyeglasses, glass tubes, automotive glass, general architectural glass, etc.
