Carbide Glass Cutter X03 Series・Straight cuts・Curved cuts
NORMAL WHEEL
- The cutter head is wide and well-suited for cutting with a ruler. The X03 can also be used for free hand cutting. This oiled type cutter won’t create residual particles as it cuts. This allows the glass to split cleanly.
- ・Plastic handle type
This cutter is of an original design with an easy to grip handle. The handle features oil resistant plastic. - ・Metal handle type (Indicated with a “B” at the end of the item number)
The metal handle has a hefty weight that adds to power needed to cut thick glass.

LASER WHEEL
- The X03 featuring our carbide Laser Wheel is a high penetrating cutting instrument that enables non-slip starts and deeper scoring. Going beyond the performance of the X03K models, the Laser Wheel can cut ultra thin glass as find as 0.03－0.3mm.
This model will also economically cut the following types of material : LCD, half-tempered glass, hard glass, quartz glass, optical glass, glass tubes, etc. (The quality of the high penetration effect varies based on the material being cut and is not guaranteed for all materials.)

- The X02 series is well suited for stained glass and other intricate work. The thin head allows the utilization of both forwards and backwards strokes to easily cut along pattern lines.

Carbide Glass Cutter Z03 Series・Straight cuts・Curved cuts
- The Z03 series cutters feature an extended life cutting wheel. It now has double the cutting life of the original X03 series cutters. These new cutters can significantly reduce your glass cutting costs.
The Z03 series is recommended for industrial cutting and for cutting hard glass that quickly dulls normal cutters.

PCD Glass Cutter・Straight cuts・Curved cuts
NORMAL WHEEL
- This cutter features a polycrystalline diamond (PCD) wheel with a cutting life more than 10 times longer than that of the normal carbide wheel.
This cutter is recommended for difficult to cut glass or materials that would wear out a normal carbide cutter such as 0.1mm very thin glass, LCD, sapphire glass, quartz glass, ceramic, etc.

LASER WHEEL
